Pirouette Photographic Contest!

Hi Everyone,

If you haven't already heard, Studio Sidhe together with Evie's Closet is holding another photographic Contest!!! :D

For full information touch the sign in store at either Evie's Closet or Studio Sidhe. Entries close on the 4am SLT on the 31st of January, 2010.

There are of course two categories for this contest; Unedited & Unedited. We do this so that everyone can join in the fun and we acknowledge that photography in its own right is an art form. So whether you are a dead keen Photoshop/Gimp enthusiast or mad shutter bug, this is the contest for you! :D

Evie and I can't wait to see what you do with our creations... but we know whatever it is, it will be fun :)

Another look for the Sorcerers Staff Photographic Competition!

The Sorcerers Photographic Competition is in full swing... here's a little pic I did to give you some ideas about themes outside of the "sorcerer" realm. This is a competition only limited by your imagination, so have fun with it, and the pose prop :)

Evie's Closet & Studio Sidhe - Photo Competition!

Hi Everyone!

Time is running out to get your entries in for the photo competition. I've spoken to a few people who sadly have been thinking that it's a really difficult competition. It's really not, all you need is:

* Goddess Moon Pose prop from Studio Sidhe
* Isabella gown or ballet outfit from Evie's closet, AND
* Your imagination!!!

I've copied & pasted the conditions & rules of entry which are available both at Evie's Closet and at Studio Sidhe below so you can see how easy it is:

The Moon Faery Photo competition is brought to you by Studio Sidhe, Evie's Closet, the letter 'R' and the number 8.

The rules are simple and as follows:

* You must be a member of BOTH Evie's Closet AND Studio Sidhe's update groups... Both businesses do have a subscriber option if you're worried about group spaces.

* The photo's taken ~must~ feature:

- At least one avatar wearing an Isabella dress/gown in any colour from Evie's Closet.
- At least one avatar posed using the Goddess Moon pose/s from Studio Sidhe.

These two items should be the 'hero' of the composition. The rest is entirely up to you. Apply lashings of your own creativity and imagination!

* Entries are to be submitted into one of the two mailboxes located at either Studio Sidhe or Evie's Closet

* Entries may be post processed in any program such as Gimp, photoshop etc.

* By entering your picture/s you agree that these pictures can be used by Evie's Closet & Studio Sidhe for any promotional purposes free and clear.

Studio Sidhe Wall Ad Competition!!!

Once upon a time, about 6 months (or so) ago, a great friend of mine Zai Lynch introduced me to something rather cool, and from it came a rather fun idea to build a wall unlike any other LOL The wall itself looks fairly ordinary, just another part of the ruins that comprises my main store. Until you walk right into it… then the fun starts ;)

For those of you that have gone exploring and discovered all the bits and bobs to see and do at Studio Sidhe, you undoubtedly know what I’m talking about… I’ve had people there for literally hours playing with the wall! So it is no surprise I guess that since I built the wall I’ve had many many MANY requests to sell copies of it so that people can have there very own walls to play with… the problem for me is how do you show in one ad just what the wall actually does?

Just recently one of Studio Sidhe’s very clever group members, Veneigh Eilde, came up with the BRILLIANT idea to hold a competition to make the ad for the wall. So that’s what I’m doing… it’s great, gets the job done AND allows me to concentrate on making some other great stuff :D

Your probably wondering what prizes are up for grabs? Here you go…

$5000L payed in Linden Dollars to the winner.
$1000L Studio Sidhe Store Card for second prize.
$500L Studio Sidhe Store Card for third prize.
